Whether you're a non-profit/school organization, an individual, or a business looking for space to use for your event or fundraiser, this is the place to start!

Please fill out the online request below to start the process. Once we have received your request and balanced your request with our calendar, we will contact you to sign our Campus Use Agreement and finalize your event information.

To ensure we can best serve you, please make note of the following:
For inside spaces: all requests must be submitted 1 month before your requested date.
For outside spaces: all requests must be submitted 2 weeks before your requested date.
